Where server log data is stored, it is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to provide, secure and maintain the stability of the website, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

If you contact us at tischgemeinschaft@icloud.com , we process the information you provide. This may include your email address, your name, the content of your message, any attachments and technically necessary email metadata.

This information is used solely to process and respond to your enquiry. Registration is not required to attend our meetings. Contacting us does not automatically add you to an email distribution list.

The legal basis for this processing is Section 6 No. 4 DSG-EKD. Our legitimate interest is to respond to enquiries and organise Tischgemeinschaft.

We use iCloud Mail, a service provided by Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Republic of Ireland, for email communication. Apple processes and stores the email address, message content and other email metadata in connection with this service.

Apple states that data may also be processed by affiliated companies and service providers outside the European Economic Area. According to Apple, international data transfers are protected by measures including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Emails are deleted once the relevant enquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention or documentation obligations require continued storage.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use cookies or services that analyse or track user behaviour. External fonts, maps, videos or social media content are not loaded automatically.

Provision of Personal Data

You can visit this website without actively providing personal data. Contacting us by email is voluntary. Without a valid return address, however, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry.
